White Silver Tip Tea – Rare Tea Co

White Tea is one of China’s special treasures, made from the youngest and most tender hand-picked leaf tips and buds. These give a fresh and delicate flavour and a snowy/silver coloured brew from which White Tea gets its name. Because of the laborious and detail oriented process, it’s also one of the most expensive teas produced.

Pure loose leaf – White Silver Tip Tea is the best white tea I have ever tasted!  This Authentic China Tea contains 100% Delicate leaf boots.

I love this tea.  It is low in caffeine, low in tannin.  So delicious, very delicate and sweet with the aroma of freshly cut grass.  I love how high white teas are in antioxidants too.

This is not mass produced tea from large industrial gardens but loving crafted and you can taste the difference. Tea of this quality is genuinely rare and hard to find.

How to drink:

Use approximately 1 teaspoon per person, infuse for 1-3 minutes. Use fresh water just below boiling point.

When infused white silver tip tea brews to a pale golden cup.
These whole leaves can be re-infused three times. The second cup is even better than the first.
