Châteauneuf-du-Pape – Red French Wine 2013 – incredibly enjoyable.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made by renowned winemaker Jean-Philippe Perrin. The vines are planted on limestone soils topped with the famous smooth pebbles, called ‘galets roules’ which reflect and radiate the heat stored during the intensely hot days. The focus at Blason du Rhône is on traditional viticulture.
Produced from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mouvèdre grapes and comes from old, low-yielding vines grown on sparse, boulder-covered soils around the ancient village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the southern Rhône Valley.
Alc. 14% Vol.
The perfect accompaniment to roast beef or lamb, hearty casseroles, and hard cheeses…
